what are your MOP?
I accept PayPal and GCash to GCash / Bank to GCash and Maya to Maya / Bank to Maya payments.
when can you ship my item/s?
Shipping schedule will vary depending on my availability but I will do my best to coordinate with you and ship your item/s ASAP.
can you provide me updates regarding my order?
Updates regarding the status of your order will be reflected in the masterlist. If you see that the masterlist is not updated, please DM me for it's current status. As for the photo proof and tracking number, I will be sending them to you via DM as soon as it is packed and the booking is made.
I DM-ed you but you haven't replied to my messages. What can I do to reach you?
It is probably because I am sleeping or am busy with my life outside BNS. If it helps, you can try messaging me in my telegram account. In any case that I don't reply to your DM or accidentally seen-ed your message, please up your message and/or tag me!

1. Remember to claim/mine responsibly. Make sure to be 1775% certain before purchasing from me as no cancellation of order/s will be implemented.2. No cancellation of order if you have replied "mine" via tweet or DM. If you are second guessing of purchasing my items, you can choose to comment or DM about "inquiring" or "canvassing" instead of impulsively claiming the item/s.
- In correlation to this, if you wish to cancel your order, you must pay a cancellation fee worth 60% of the total of your order.
3. When filling out the form, kindly make sure to indicate correct and complete details to avoid conflicts in the future. If you made a mistake on the form, please notify me ASAP!4. Once you have paid for your order, don't forget to save a copy of your reference number or a screenshot of your proof of payment. This must be submitted via payment form.5. Failure to follow the deadline of payment will be charged Php50 per day. If you fail to pay 1 week after your DOP, you will be posted as a bogus buyer / joy reserver and no refunds will be made.6. If you ever changed your username, will be IA, or planning to move to a different social media whilst having an on-going transaction with me, please inform me ASAP!7. Do take note that I am only one person. I have a part-time job and need to take a few breaks from socmed in-between! Rest assured that I will do my best to check twitter from time to time.8. I have the right to refuse service to anyone I deem suspicious, rude, arrogant, impatient, and the likes.9. I will not be responsible for damages caused by the mis-handling of parcels by your chosen couriers. What will be promised is the safe and secured packaging of your item/s.10. Before unboxing your arrived parcel, it is highly suggested that you record yourself (parcel must be unopened and the waybill must be seen at the start of the video). This will be used for submission (via DM) when you have issues with your item/s (ex. received wrong item, have damages, missing item/s, etc).
a) no video = no compensation
b) the item/s must be seen in the video at all times
c) a raw video clip must be submitted. edited videos will be voided.
11. RE: Refund / Cancellation
a) you must DM me within 24 hours after receiving your parcel. Any request of refund/compensation after 24 hours is INVALID.
b) raw unboxing video is needed for proof.
c) please understand that your item/s may be one of a kind so the compensation would be a different product, a discount on your next purchase, or a refund on your packaging fee OR shipping fee. as for a refund, it will depend on the severity of the product that you received (fault of delivery will not be counted).
